Deadline: Applications must be received 21 days prior to event date. Applications are juried in the order received and spaces are limited. Notification of acceptance or nonacceptance will be emailed within 2 weeks.
Supplies : Vendors must supply their own tents, tables and chairs
Set- Up and Break- Down:
Vendors can unload from the paved parkway ( do not drive on the grass) No-set up before 8:00 am( to allow for the artists to unload and set up). Once unloaded vehicles MUST be moved before setting up tents or display. We will have staff to show you where to park. Hand carrying maybe up to 50 ft or more away. Plan to enter on Mitchell Street . Vendors must be set up by 9:30 am. Vendors agree to remain set up until 3pm; early breakdown is not permitted as the public perceives the festival to be closing decreasing foot traffic. No vehicles allowed for break-down before 3:00 pm
Display guidelines and site safety
- Tents MUST be 25lbs minimum on each leg. No stakes or ropes to ground.
- All tall display shelves or racks must be weighted to keep from tipping.
3.Boxes, materials, wraps and trash must be stored out of sight.
- During and after event, the vendor must maintain a clean and undamaged site.
Promotion and Marketing: If you are accepted, by submitting your application you give Manchester Grows the right to publish images as a part of our marketing efforts.
