Vendor Areas volunteers will…
- Show vendors to their spot
- Make sure all cars are off the site after unloading
- Make sure artists have a piece for the art wall
Stage volunteers will…
- Identify next performers
- Answer questions about set times
- Help vendors with their questions
- Set-up for the morning and break down
Plant Sale volunteers will…
- Make sure tables are organized and restocked with plants
- Water plants as needed
- Help customers bring plants to cars etc.
- General customer service/answering questions
- Totaling purchases/checking people out.
Event beautification volunteers will…
- Manage litter and empty trash bins
- Be available for general event questions
- Manage parking area as needed
